After two weeks, half of the roof of the central module has been covered despite the rain fronts that have passed over the house:

This corresponds to half the productivity achieved in good weather.

The problem is starting to show inside the house, where water is running over and inside the walls:

The pressed wood is beginning to expand, damaging the structure:

This is serious. At the current rate of panel installation, in the best-case scenario, with the previous productivity levels, it will take 5 more weeks to finish. However, if the storms continue, which is highly likely, it could take up to 10 weeks, leading to unacceptable damage.

The construction company has begun assigning more personnel to speed up the work and mitigate the situation.

Finally, the roofing is being completed. Remarkably, in just two weeks, despite a weather front passing through, $188 m^2$ have been covered, achieving a productivity of nearly $20 m^2$ per day.

This way, the living and dining area is being finished:

and will be covered with plastic sheets:

to protect the new surfaces as much as possible:

leaving the house well sealed:

Finally, the problem is starting to be managed, although there is still the drying process and ensuring that the structure continues to support weight and load. While it appears resolved at first glance, there are still issues with the eaves due to an error in the last SIP panels sent:

Inside, the layout of the rooms is becoming clear, starting with the view towards the kitchen:

then in the direction of the dining room and bedrooms:

and towards the living room:

Similarly, the view from below is taking shape:
