Properties of windows
Description
The chosen manufacturer is Ventekom, which operates in a style similar to Alucasa, a company we helped certify for ISO 9001 many years ago.
The door/window models, the movable parts of the bedroom and service area windows, are tilt-and-turn, meaning they can tilt or open:
The bedroom and study windows also have a fixed panel:
To avoid obstruction and facilitate use, the kitchen windows are sliding:
It is important to note that, although these are less airtight, they are located in a more sheltered area, which should prevent water infiltration.
The bathroom windows are projecting:
While the panoramic windows in the living and dining rooms do not allow opening:
It is important to keep in mind that:
It is important to remember that windows exposed to strong winds cannot be sliding as they do not provide sufficient airtightness and there is a risk of water infiltration. Refer to the analysis of airtightness requirements.

Ventekom Operation
Description
To gain an intuitive understanding of the quality of Ventekom's windows, a visit was made to their plant located on the same Isla Teja where we live.
The plant exhibits organized work in dedicated sectors:
Processes are carried out systematically...
with well-defined workstations:
The work instructions and/or specifications are somewhat artisanal, but they should serve their purpose of reducing the error rate due to confusion:
The final product looks good, although there is no adequate space for storing the product once it is finished before installation:
The atmosphere is cheerful, as demonstrated by Daniela Palma, the sales manager and wife of the general manager and owner:
